Does this really need to be given a name? Part of the job for parents who have a set of religious beliefs is to introduce these beliefs AT HOME anyway. A special character (religious school) school can only do so much, the rest has to be done at home anyway!

I have had home schooled children arrive in my classroom. Though they are able to rattle off strategies, for example to work out division problems, they have no understanding of what is actually happening to the numbers. This trend is also seen in English where they have no strategies to work out unknown words, whether they are writing them down or reading. It is also sad to see an 11 year old with the social abilities of a 5 year old just because they have no understanding of how the world outside of home works. I can see how home schooling has some benefits for those living too far out of towns to actually get to school but the disadvantages weigh out any advantages thats for sure!
